We had a pirate party which included a cannonball fight (water fight), pirate spyglass making, face painting, treasure hunt, and pinata. We then enjoyed dinner consisting of Salty Sea Dogs (hot dogs), Golden Treasure (mac n' cheese), Pirate Jewels (fruit snacks), Swords (green beans and french fries), Fish Bait (gummy worms and gold fish crackers), and of course Pirates Grog (root beer.) For dessert we had Flaming Cannonballs (S'mores.) I had fun putting the party together and I think the kids had fun at least! :)

Alex and Joelle had a surprise visit from their mothers sisters! It was soo good to see them and I know Alex and Joelle couldn't get enough of them!

Some of them went mini golfing. From what I hear, Valden won as usual.
Thain and Lisa's family and Valden and Collettes family and Brian and I all went up to Glaceir for Sunday afternoon and we had a blast! We played in the lake, took a short hike, and enjoyed each others company. It was a very relaxing afternoon.

Brian enjoyed the trees and I think he's coming to love Montana as much as I do. For the longest time he thought I was crazy for loving such an ugly state... He'd never seen the upper part!

After we played in the lake for a bit, Telle was showing me her awesome new fashion! Telle is such a fun little girl. Here are two of my favorite quotes from the trip from her."When I have kids, you'll be dead" said to... Me!!! I'm not that old!!!
"Jennifer, you glow!" also said to me when she saw my white legs!

After the launched, the kids all chased them down in the field. Tyler was so funny. He'd get his eye set on where he thought the rocket was going and just take off. He wouldn't look up to see where the wind was taking it. He'd end up on the opposite side of the house!
